We get to know your business and start to formulate a marketing plan. At the same time, we dive in and tackle some of your urgent marketing projects. For most clients, this means driving demand or supporting the sales team to close deals.

Phase 3

Measurement begins so we can adjust and refine your marketing.  We work with you to identify long-term plans and goals for your marketing. This is where the long-term view of your marketing function takes shape.

Phase 2

The plan matures as we embed marketing into different aspects of your business.  We start to create processes for your marketing and identify industry suppliers to support your plan. This infrastructure is critical to growing your team and your business.

Phase 4

We monitor progress against your goals as we continue to execute your marketing plan.  As new ideas or goals come forward, we work with you to evolve your marketing plan.  This phase could include hiring, coaching and updating long-range plans.

What does it cost?

We’d rather see our clients spend their marketing budget on executing their marketing projects than on big agency fees.  Our packages range from $5,000 to $8,000 per month depending on your needs. For that fee, you’ll receive a dedicated number of CMO and Project Management hours.  When compared to hiring, this price saves both time and money.
